Tracebird vs Marker.io
A polished website feedback widget for agencies, with deep integrations into Jira, Trello, Asana and most project trackers.
Marker.io is excellent at web annotation for client work, and its project-tool integrations go deeper than ours. Tracebird exists for the other half of the job: a real mobile SDK, the technical context (console, network, replay) on every plan instead of the $149 tier, and reports deduplicated into bugs.
Choose Tracebird if
- You ship a Flutter app as well as a web app and want one inbox
- You want console logs, network and replay without the $149/mo tier
- Your testers file duplicates and you want them grouped into bugs
- You never want to count seats
Choose Marker.io if
- Your work is 100% websites and annotation-first client review
- You need deep two-way sync with Jira, Trello or Asana today
- You want a long-established product with years of polish

Mobile is half the job
Marker.io has no mobile SDK: if your product ships on iOS or Android, that feedback goes somewhere else. Tracebird's Flutter package covers both stores from one pub.dev install, with shake-to-report, native screen capture and an offline queue, and those reports land in the same inbox as your web app's.
The technical context is the product, not an upsell
On Marker.io, console and network capture live in the $149/mo plan. On Tracebird they are on the free plan, because a screenshot without the failing request is half a report. Every report ships with console logs, network requests, device info and a replay of the last 30 seconds.
You triage bugs, not duplicates
Twenty testers describe the same crash twenty ways. Tracebird compares reports semantically and groups them into one bug with a count; Marker.io files twenty separate items into your tracker.
